No matter your location, Laser Options customers have the advantage of purchasing remanufactured or OEM laser printer cartridges from a trusted source; ensuring the best possible pricing and quality.

The Laser Options warranty is unique in the market place; in that, if a laser printer cartridge does not go *full cycle we offer a complete un-prorated replacement. Should your printer fail due to the supplies, Laser Options at no additional charge will remediate the problem up to an including replacement of the printer.

In addition, Laser Options is brand agnostic and therefore we offer OEM cartridges for every printer brand at the most competitive pricing in the industry; representing manufacture warranties for name brands not limited to HP, Xerox, Dell, Lexmark, Brother, Samsung, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Canon printers.

However, for customers located in Maricopa or Pima County Laser Options customers receive the advantage of on-site next day delivery and pick up of spent cartridges helping with environmental sustainability.

Ideal for customers with their own managed print program. In addition to purchasing re-manufactured and OEM cartridges from a trusted source, Laser Options offers a next day delivery* of supplies and service. Each time our delivery technician delivers toner we will clean and maintain the printer both inside and out. This volume-based cleaning ensures the device will go longer between break-fix services, extend the life of the asset and most importantly create better up-time and less burden on the internal staff. Should the printer require break-fix services both labor and parts are an additional charge. Only for customers in Maricopa and Pima County.

Gold

This program is ideal for customers with a fleet of new printers still under warranty and or does not want the burden of it internal staff maintaining its fleet. In addition to purchasing re-manufactured and OEM cartridges from a trusted source; Laser Options offers a next day delivery* of supplies and service. Each time our delivery technician delivers toner we will clean and maintain the printer both inside and out. This volume-based cleaning ensures the device will go longer between break-fix services and extend the life of the asset. Maintenance of the fleet is the complete responsibility of Laser Options. Should the printer require break-fix services labor is included in the price of the cartridge. Parts are an additional charge. *Next day delivery and cleaning offered in Maricopa and Pima County only.

Diamond

This program is ideal for customers wanting a complete cartridge-based managed print services program. This program may include complete proactive fleet supply replenishment and service monitoring to meter collection and reporting. This is a complete outsourcing of the organization’s printer optimization and management program. In addition to purchasing re-manufactured and OEM cartridges from a trusted source; Laser Options offers a next day delivery* of supplies and service. Each time our delivery technician delivers toner we will clean and maintain the printer both inside and out. This volume-based cleaning ensures the device will go longer between break-fix services and extend the life of the asset. Maintenance of the fleet is the complete responsibility of Laser Options. Should the printer require break-fix services all parts and labor are included in the price of the cartridge. *Next day delivery and cleaning offered in Maricopa and Pima County only.
